4. CCTV Monitoring
Playard uses closed circuit television (CCTV) at 26 Hereward Cross, Peterborough for safety and security, crime prevention and detection, protection of staff and customers, licensing compliance and the investigation of incidents.
CCTV footage may include images of individuals on the premises. Signs are displayed where CCTV is in operation.
CCTV recordings are usually retained for around 30 days unless a longer retention period is reasonably required, for example where footage is needed for an incident investigation, insurance claim, legal matter or regulatory requirement.

Bookings and gift card purchases may be processed through Funbutler, our booking and gift card provider. When you use Funbutler services through our website, Funbutler may collect and process personal information needed to manage the booking or purchase.
Funbutler processes information in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. We receive the information needed to administer bookings, events and customer service at Playard.
Payments are processed securely by payment providers. Payment providers handle card and payment details in line with their own security standards and privacy policies. Playard does not receive or store your full payment card details.
If you contact us directly about a booking, party, corporate event or gift card, we may record the information you provide so we can respond and manage your request.
9. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell personal data. We may share personal information with trusted third parties where this is necessary to run Playard, fulfil bookings, process payments, operate our website or meet legal obligations. These may include:
